Praveen — Non delivery

Hello, I'm very sorry to say that your Calicut outlet is doing a mess. I ordered for a pizza seeing the offer as SMS today morning. I gave order for cloud 9 and Mexican chicken as the second order by 20.06hrs. They said it will be delivered by 45 minutes as the 30 minutes string not goes since it it is "buy 1 get one free" . I called them after an hour and they said it shall be delivered by 15mins it's on the way. Since the order was not delivered by 21.20, I again asked them, they said its on the way.
