Worst service ever. Never ever go for this agency in bangalore. They are frauds. They take your money and never return it in any circumstances. I stay at Prestige shantiniketan in whitefield, bangalore and i happened to take their service of a baby sitter. I took service for 3 months. So i had to pay their service charges for 3 months. In addition to that they take one month salary advance from you, stating that you dont have to pay the salary to the paid for the last month of her service. So i paid 10k towards that. And this baby sitter went absconding after taking the first month salary from us and never returned. And I informed the same to the agency. They were clueless initially and later on offered to provide replacement which i did not want as i was fed up with the way they were acting. Now i told them i am done with their services. So they told me that the service charges which they took for 3 months will not be returned at all, which I am okay. And for the one month's advance salary i paid to them, i asked for the refund of the same. And they told me that it will be returned only after 3 months for which I have taken their service. I am okay with that also. Now at the end of the three months, I am asking them to refund the 10k, and below is my conversation on whatsapp with their staff.
