Prestige — GTS 03L(D) Middle burner is not working properly

I have purchased the following gas stove GTS 03L(D) on 21st July 2014. As of now the stove's middle of the burner is not working properly and I have complaint through customer care service[protected] but I did not recieve any proper response from your side/end. Please do the need full.
