[Resolved]  Prestige Induction Cooker — Complaint against customer service

Address:Burdwan, West Bengal

on august 2014, I purchased a Induction cook top PIC3.0 V2.0 from Big
bazar. After just 2 month, it could not work properly. Product is under warrenty.I lodge a complain
at its kolkata office on the month of october. My complain no. is
KOLK665022R. They assure that a executive would come in my home in 48
hours. But no one came. I call them 4 times. but all times they just
promised that executive will go within 48 hours. but no one came. my ph.
no. is [protected]. Sir, so I need ur help. I'm just tired to make
complain.kindly help me.
