Prestige — Poor product & service | |||
I purchased a Prestige 3 burner gas stove on 2nd Dec 2014 from Balaji Agencies, Prestige Smart Kitchen, West Mambalam, Chennai. In a month's time, the 3 black rings around the burner have completely chipped off. The dealer did not seem concerned at all when I complained to him, just gave me a number to call. I called TTK Customer Care on 20th Jan and I was assured that a technician would visit, examine & change the faulty parts if required within 48 hours. I reminded them again after 3 days but still no-one has shown up. I am quite shocked and upset at the quality of service, leave alone the bad product that I have made the mistake of buying.
