Prestige demand Time bound payment. But do not honour same with possession dates, quality and compensation. Till the payments are made, the Progress of construction is as per schedule but once payment is done, all age old delay for reasons are shown. They keep giving new dates every quarter and this is continuing for year. Even now they are not sure about when they will handover. Again Vague dates and vague answers. Certainly annoying to listen to their CRM (Customer interface). When it comes to compensation they have enough clauses to deny and make customer at their mercy. Certainly nothing Prestige in Prestige. Another roadside builder once it comes to commitments and satisfaction of customer. its been more than 4 years and I am still waiting for possession of flat. poor service ..they eat users money and forget about them..definatly they does not deserve to be number 2 builder in bangalore.

All payments was asked on time, agreement say its time bound project but once all payment done then prestige is coming out with all reasons of delay.
