Hello petrj, commitment is something that any clinic would not give because people have the basic mentality saying they think once we join a slimming clinic we will easily lose weight. It depends upon the individual how he follows the instructions given to him and how he maintains himself during the treatment period. The effort should be from both the sides. Than there is the possibility to lose weight as told to you in the beginning.
