I applied for a data entry job through "naukri.com". I was supposed to start the job from 26th march 2020. Due to some reasons my laptop went dead. I wont be able to do the job hence requested to call off the work.
Now they are threatening to impose a termination fee of 6999/- and an fir if i dont give it.
Also they are putting a fake notary paper with a fake signature of mine to prove that we had a formal contract.
Kindly do the needful in this regards.
