I have been cheated by this online store, i enquired via whatsapp before purchasing an ipad, and as per they instructed i had paid for ipad magic keyboard on march 22, 2022. they told its been sent, and also sent me the receipt . they informed that i will receive the package in 3, 4 days. after one week they informed me that item is not available. i asked them if item is not available, why they didn’t inform me before payment? and they told its a mistake. till today they have not given my refund money back, and they are forcing me to buy another product. since i dont need anything else and i do not trust these people, i dont want to make another purchase .
i made this clear that i only want my refund money.
its been more than 4 months, and i still have not received any refund.
