Printland — Delay in getting Delivery products

Actually I had ordered a product on 18/01/2023 and my order id is PL[protected] with payment of Rs.408. After checking several times, I am not getting any kind o[censored]pdation against the product and my expected delivery date was 28/01/2023.I want to know the product's present situation and in how many days can I receive my delivery items positively?
