Printland — Delay in product delivery and irresponsible about customer.

I had ordered two mobile covers on 29th Dec from printland the delivery date was showing 8th Jan when I tracked my product on 7th it was showing out for delivery I was hoping that I will be getting it that day but it was not delivered.
From that day onwards it is showing out for delivery but still my product is not getting delivered I had contacted twice to the customer care of printland but they cannot even co-ordinate with the courier service and get my product delivered.
And there is no contact number for the courier service also we cannot even contact them and get some idea what is the issue why it is not getting delivered.
Everyday I have to check for my product status but nothing is getting solved.
Such a pathetic service by printland it was my biggest mistake to order from you.
