Printland — Horrible customer service , no timely delivery

I had placed an order a week back and at the time of placing the order the delivery date was 26th January 2017. Their customer care number does not work, nobody cares to reply on the customer care email ID and the Facebook page that they maintain where they read the msgs but do not care to reply. I had got one call back after leaving dozen msgs assuring me that I will get my delivery by 26th January 2017. Here I am today on 26th following up since morning with no response and no delivery. It's a prepaid order so my money is definitely gone and there is no way a customer can get in touch with the company. I feel cheated and misrepresented. Without a doubt there is deficiency in their services and the way they are handling the delivery.
