Printland.in — fail to deliver order product and refuse to refund payment | |||
My order no.[protected] dtd. 6.12.2018. Placed online order with advance money (As per their term) from the product listed on the site. On checking with ms. Akruti over the phone, she is not able to inform, when i am getting my ordered product and also she had had refused to connect to concerned senior person in the company. Finally she said, she will call me bk within) ne hr, about status of my deliver. But no call received so far. Again on 13/12/2018, spoken to ms. Tanvi and she said, due to delay, i am receiving my delivery on 16/12/2018 positively Now on 17/12/2018 spoken with soumaya and she said my product is not available. Than asked for refund (Since they were unable to deliver my ordered product) but she refused and forced me to buy alternate product, which is not at all good for my purpose. Lastly, i asked her to connect to senior person, which she refused at first instance. On insistence she said manager name is washim. Purpose of narrating whole event was, how printland cheat customer and take advance money for the product which is not available (But show online as this is available) and thandonot refund money, when is asked for. Instead they force to accept sub-standard product, which is not required by consumer. I cautious all buyer, kindlu donot deal or place order with printland, since they will also cheat you and not deliver your product (As required by you) Was this information helpful? | |||
