We had placed an order through the website (https://www.printland.in/) details below, for my relative on their 60th Birthday.

This order as per tracking till today reflects as processing and shows delivery date as 2nd April. We have tried the following with no response whatsoever, not even an acknowledgement.
1. Made 15-20 calls on[protected], any option you select the line is disconnected after few minutes of being on hold.
2. Submitted few times via Email Us Your Enquiry/ Requirement. No response or acknowledgement till date.
3. Couple of emails sent to [protected]@printland.in again with no response
4. I have sent whatsapp message on [protected], again no response. The status does reflect when the person goes online and read the message.
5. I have tried calling the whatsapp # [protected], no response.
Firstly, the purpose of placing an order has been defeated as it was meant for a 60th Birthday and never delivered. Secondly, the company advertises as Online Printing Superstore and does not take any efforts on responding. We have made numerous contacts as outlined above in vain. We have even asked them for a refund if they can’t fulfil the order. There has been so much of time wastage, stress in having to deal with this.
Request your intervention on this complaint towards Printland for a refund and compensation.
