Printland.in — Printing of wrong Wedding Invitation Card | |||
I had placed an order for 24 Nos (Minimum Qty) of Wedding Invitation vide[protected] dated 29 Sep 2014 and the same was recd correctly around 10 Oct 2014. I modified the card s per my requirement and placed an order for 548 Nos vide Order No[protected] dated 19 Oct 2014. The same were delivered on 7 Nov 2014 and to my horror it was the same old card of my earlier card and not the corrected one. I contacted the customer care and was adviced to send a mail to [protected]@printland.in. I got a mail from Mr Sheraz Ahmed asking for my telephone number. I sent the same on Nov 18 but got no response. Again I sent a reminder on 5 Dec 14 wherein I threatened as follows : "No response to my complaint - i PROPOSE TO GIVE VIDE PUBLICITY THROUGH VARIOUS MEDIA AND ALSO FILE CASE IN CONSUMER COURT" . I got a call within 30 minutes and Mr Sheraz Ahmed informed that they had not committed any mistake. I had to explain that the order doen not indicate the layout I have ordered & had I to order the same format I would not have wasted time and could have reordered. He finally accepted the mistake and said he will print and send the correct invitations. I informed him that it was of no use since the wedding was just two days away.
