Printland — my order is not delivered

My name is Sidhant Gautam.On date 27/05/2019 . I order online moblie cover from Printland.in. I do all formalities and also pay amount of Rs 334. My order delivered date is 06/11/2019. The helpline or customer care number is also dead .Now 13-14 days are complete to my payment . But my order not delivered.
Please help me to return my debit amount of Rs 334 or to help me for track my order.
