I had ordered 40 pens on 16/12/2017 via order no.[protected] in printland.in. The expected delivery date was given to me as 26/12/2017. I had paid the cash then and there itself through net banking portal amounting to rs. 12933/- a mail regarding the same and an sms of the same is on my records.. I am very sorry to say that when i contacted them on 28/12/2017, the reply that i have received is that they can't supply the same and is not even aware of the order. This has caused tremendous mental strain and emotional stress to me.. After the same they supplied 24 pens which i received on 30/12/2017. The balance 16 pens the company informed me that the same will be delivered by 02/01/2018. Yet not reply or update from their end till 09/01/2018. I had called that day and escalated the complaint. I was made to hold for 20 minutes over the phone and was given a reply that the same will be made in three days time. Mr. Wasim raja, representative informed me by email that the order will be fulfilled within three days.. Even after continuous reminders no reply from the company.. They had made away with my hard earned money and also causing tremendous stress in my professional life..
