I had placed an order for a customized mug on May 1, 2021. Since then I have not received any shipping updates let alone the product ordered. I have repeatedly contact the customer service by email but with no reply. The customer service helpline is equally unhelpful. It was a prepaid order and my money is also stuck as a result.
