I had Placed an order of customized key chains on 28th Dec 2021. Order ORDER #:[protected]
Thereafter, Printland did not deliver the order within 5-7 days (as claimed in their email).
I contacted the call center and then they informed me that one of the keychains is not available and i'll have to reorder from the choices they emailed me. I reordered as suggested and then received a call from printland after two days, mentioning that my order has been misplaced and i should reorder.
So i asked for refund. Then i received an email after 3 days asking for bank account details for refund and since then its been 12 days now and i haven't received my refund. Emailing them does not lead to any recourse.
I have all the email conversations with printland customer care and would be happy to share it with you when required.
I request you to please help me get my refund
