Printland — product is not delivered and speed post tracking is wrong

I have ordered one customzied mug on july 24 having the order id. I have already done advance payment
After shipment the tracking given by printland ed[protected]in, where as tracking is not working.in tracking detail it is showing consignment not found

I have raised the issue 3 to 4 times but no response from your side. If you guys will not return my money then i will share this in social media

You guys are playing with customer and there emotion.

Very very very bad service
