I had ordered parker pen on 20th aug-18 to gift my sis after ordering I called them up after two days to know the status on 23rd they started saying that sir your order is in hold as we are not holding the stock, I asked them why dont you call up and inform customer about the same, or keep a sing in your website saying that this pen is currently in out of stock, later they gave me a alternate pen which I dint like I replied to them, after 6 days I got a mail ones your order is dispatched we will inform you, after 2 days I mailed them about the status, I got a reply saying that we regret to inform you we are facing internal issue how ever we will provide you alternate pen you can approve that, I dint like but forcefully I approved it, on 04/09/18 I mailed them about the status I dint get a reply 05/09/18 I called them to ask the status, they started saying your old ball pen is not in stock we have hold the pen due to stock issue, I said them I have approved the mail for the alternet pen then they started saying sir we will dispatch your order now you will get it by 08/09/18 on 06/08/18 i got a mail saying that we regret to inform you the pen approved was rejected due to quality checking team i have requested the mail for refund the amount. they have no customer services nor a value to a customerI would advice everyone not to buy any products from this website you will end up by regretting.
