This is to inform you on 09.09.2022 I have walked in to Frazer Town store and ordered a printed beer mug of Rs 525 and same needs to be collected from Brigade Road store on 13.09.2022 but due to some sudden unfortunate circumstances in my family I could not collect the same .
After a month I visited Brigade Road branch but I was informed that they do not hold any such orders product
Since then till today I am calling repeatedly to the store and customer care for the product and they informed me that same has been destroyed though I did not get any message before the destruction
Please help me neither I am getting any proper response from the respective company nor they are refunding Was this information helpful? |
