Printvenue — Cheating

I have ordered mobile back cover case, which is showed in printvenu site, so u have ordered throught online and made payment of rupees - 299, and today afternoon(08/12/2014). when i open the cover they send me the sticker instead of the mobile back case. please take necessary action, they do like this for all the persons. i read so many feedbacks through online.
