I ordered 4 personalised mugs from printvenue.sg Order Number[protected] Order Date November 6, 2014 15:20 Order Status Order under processing Shipping Time 12 working days You wrote me on 26 NOV to inform me that my order was delayed and you will inform me of the tracking details. THE MUGS DID NOT ARRIVE IN TIME AS GIFTS AS PLANNED & IT WON'T ARRIVE ANYTIME BEFORE CHRISTMAS EITHER. TODAY IS 18 DEC, I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM YOU. IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH SINCE I PLACED THE ORDERS. CAN YOU PLEASE REFUND ME?
