Printvenue — Product not delivered, customer care number don't connect. | |||
I had ordered a Key Chain worth Rs. 299/- from the online retail store printvenue.com on July 31, 2014 and made full payment. The website claimed 4 days shipping. But even by September 3, 2014 I haven’t received the product, even after one month order status in their site shows as under processing and customer support number (+[protected] is always busy or don’t connect. Same thing happen with me i ordered one keychan worth Rs. 200 approx and give payment on this fraud website http://www.printvenue.com/, but they did not send me my product yet and costumer call was onhold every time. Please anyone suggest what to do.
