Printvilla.in — mobile cover - fraud | |||||
I placed an order for a mobile cover on May 1st 2018. I had done the payment through Paytm wallet, Rs 249 was deducted from the wallet. This is not for the first time I have done online shopping, its been quite a long time that I have been to online shopping. But this is for the first time that I am experiencing something like this. However, I received an confirmation email from printvilla(screenshot attached) regarding the same but since then no updates from them regarding this. I have ordered backcover..but not yet received..its been 10 days that i ordered ..no responce from anyone..I have seen this add in Facebook and applied .. They have deducted 200 Rs from my account ..and they didnot repsond after getting money..please help me out
