Hi, i am tapassya. I had ordered 2 mobile cases from printvilla.in on friday 20 april 2018, i have also made the payment of rs. 345 including the delivery charges but, there is no proper update from the printvilla team about the order. I have provided my contact details while registering on the site but there is no correspondence via mail on msg on my order. There is no contact number on the website. When enquired on fb there is no proper response either. Pls help i know its just 3 days but i saw too many complaints for this particular site on this complaint forum already. Therefore i would like to submit the complaint at the earliest. Pls find the attached screenshots below
