Priority International — company closed and cheated me by not returned my money

CHEATED BY FRAUD COMPNY PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL HOLIDAYS
This company Priority International is cheat

I have taken 5 years membership JAN 2016 ( member ship PIMU 5103) from Priority International worth Rs 1.25 Lac, they promised me several benefits when compared to other resort / club companies:

1. Hotel stay at any location in India or abroad with whom they have tie-ups and hotels 3 star or above.
2. Gym membership Reimbursement
3. Banquet hall at select hotels with whom Priority international has tie-ups with.

Nothing of this has happened and suddenly company closed.
its hard earn money and please help to recover my money .
