I have been forcefully given holiday package for 5 years on jan 2015 for which i have raised my voice to refund but i got threat from altamash momin of my life. Please find below ermail:

On 31st, forcefully 5 years plan which cost rs. 135000 has been issued to me and deducted all amount from my different credit card. On the assurance given by altamash momin who is senior manager that after first emi, 11% amount will only blocked and rest will release.
Now when i called him to refund my cash or give me written for credit card will release rest of amount after 1st emi and will only block 11%, he is threatening me and denying to do and saying that he will not refund money back.

Please do refund my money back as i don't want to use your service.

Also i did not avail any single holiday yet. Today when i try to call on given contact no, not a single no is correct and did not received any response. Below is my membership details fro which i have paid 135000.

Please look into this and get me justice by refund of my money.
