Priority International Holidays — Cheating customers by tall promises

I'm a member of priority international for almost 2 years and availed my bonus and one-year membership nights. Although no issues with my holiday stay but I'd admit here, I have been getting worst treatment as a member. - First of all, this company is not at all a leisure/ holiday provider but a tour operator converted to cheat customers by setting a trap. - Secondly, as many of the members in this forum complained, they do not tell all the terms and conditions at the time of selling the membership. Get you so much bored with their talk, that when you make up your mind, you are not even in a mood to read the document. what you just heard from their salesman does a trick for them and you are fallen into their trap. - Third, they change their terms and conditions on the fly and behave so rudely when you raise your voice. their owners are not ready to talk and the customer service guys stop responding. I'm providing couple of examples of their follies here: 1. we do not provide Gym Membership for a year. You are getting it for a month and you can inform us when the month is over and we can send you the membership for the next month - as if this is the only job I have! 2. we do not book holidays for more than 6 nights 7 days in a year - why can't I borrow holidays from next year? in fact, they should be happy that I'm availing my holidays in advance before next year's inflated price anyway. 3. we do not provide holiday booking for more than 2 destinations as per our policy - where this kind of crap policy is written in their terms and conditions?? 4. if you are planning a trip for 5 nights - they provide you booking for, say 3 nights and ask you to make your own arrangements for remaining days coz the hotels they have tied up with are sold out - am I using a travel operator or a company into holiday business? - Fourth, they keep bothering you about extending your membership from 5/10 - 20/20 years OR pay your maintenance for the lifetime at a bonus, even after giving you a worst experience - how about talking to a frustrated customer like me :D?? - Finally, during their sales presentation, they do talk about a number of things which are purely a marketing gimmicks - so don't fall into their trap. examples include: 1. gym membership - it doesnt include swimming pool 2. regular events - only 1-2 events are being organized in a year 3. pick-up and drop from the airport - I never got this so far in my 2 yrs of experience This is just a long tale but worth reading if you are considering their membership. As a customer, I'd never recommend them to any of my friends ever - period.
