This was the original 1BHK flat, while converting to 2 BHK, unauthorized construction has been done. No permission of the municipality has been taken for the construction. This construction has threatened the original design of the building. The relocation of kitchens has led to leakage problems. This flat has not received OC as well. the owner Sushma Kiran Kadam does not pay any tax of Thane Municipal Corporation for said property.
Please take appropriate action as early as possible.
