Jet Airways — Flight booking very very urgent

Dear i have booked my jet airways flight ticket from bangalore to doha this morning. Amount rs.30648 has been deducted from my tmb bank account but ticket not booked. Kindly let me know my booking status or refund status if ticket booking failed. I got only this information through my bank account statement as nature of booking :pid=[protected]&itc=jetairways&amt=30648.00&md=p&prn=dtmb[protected]&bid=5249284&status=y . Kindly help me regarding this.
