Private Person — Unauthorized deduction

On 5 / 4 / 2017 I tried to withdraw amount Rs. 2000/- and 5, 000/- (Two Thousand and Five Thousand) by using my SBI Debit Card No.[protected] from City Anand (Gujarat), transaction was failed due to internet problem. These amounts have been deducted from my Saving Account No. [protected] which have not been re-credited in my account till today i.e. 29 / 4 / 2017, and therefore this Complaint.
