private residence — Noise pollution due to aara machine

I am residing in Heerapura in Tejaji Temple lane just adjoining my residence an aara machine is working almost whole day and everyday in residential area creating a hell lot of noise pollution along with wooden dust.
The entrance gate of this aara machine is located on 200 feet Ajmer bypass road next to a marble shop named as HINDUSTAN MARBLE. This place is located while driving from karni nagar police station towards Ajmer road.
The main issue the owner of this land with aara machine is an infuential person so no body wants to raise the voice against him. Nobody wants to expose themselves against this person and so also me.
Earlier the complaint was lodged against this aara machine so it stopped working for some months but again the nuisance is back.
I would request the concerned authority to get rid off from this health related issue of the public residing in the effected area at your earliest possible.
