[Resolved]  Priya Refrigeration — Selling faulty refrigerator and provides worst service to customers

Hi All, I purchased a double door whilrpool refrigerator from Priya Refrigeration (Teynampet, Chennai - 18) by September 2013. The refrigerator was working fine for the first two months later on I faced problem with it. When I call the seller (Priya Refrigeration) they sent a person for service and he told that it is working without checking anything in the refrigerator. Later when I call them, they again sent one another person and who said that the timer in the fridge is faulty and changed it and went. The fridge was working for two days again it was not working. I again called them and after three days they sent a person and this time that person corrected something and told if you face the problem again we need to change the timer. As he said I faced the problem within two days and when I call the seller they told that new timer needs to be changed and then after three days a person came and replaced the timer again. Now after two days I got the problem again and made lot of calls and after much escalations I got a refrigerator replaced by paying extra Rs.4000/- Now the replaced fridge is also having problem and they are not sending any person to look after it and simply ignoring the calls. So never ever purchase any second sales product from PRIYA REFRIGERATION. They do not service properly. Better spend some extra money and buy product from some reputed dealers. Dont loose your money and time by buying products in PRIYA REFRIGERATION. Regards, Krishnan Chennai - 37
