[Resolved]  Probeseven — Reg: Company bad management and trap

This is the company i've worked and later i came to know its a company which is not registered and there i cannot gain knowledge and i left the company due to some reasons. They are not paying my due salary, they asking for notice amount and its a trap company i've not come across my life. They make people to work more than 9 hrs and even on leave day's no rest, everyone there is not able to express their feeling and they are like a slave. please beware of this company.

Dear Forward_Thinker, It is with great disappointment, we at PROBESEVEN look at this complaint. We regret to suspect our previous employee with id “P71079” who recently stepped out without information or notice. To avoid spoiling the career of the concern person, we do not want to reveal the identity. The person in subject has few shortcomings which could be the reason for this immorality. To state the few, he has failed to work on the project as committed and which indeed let to the unexpected failure of the project. Since his joining date (Jan,20 2014), he turned up to office for just 22/32 working days and all leaves were uninformed, bringing extreme difficulties for the company in meeting the client's deadline. We are one among the few who would not be willing to ignore the negatives but have confidently initiated to clarify the truth. We bring it forward to whomsoever it may concern that PROBESEVEN functions to its fullest abiding the corporate rules, regulations and ethics. We take pride to show a handsome number of satisfied and successful employees who have gained 40% increment year through. I too heard about this company ... like they are not releving the workers once they want to and some increment issues..

Mr. Forward_Thinker!! I know who you are and what you are up to. So let me summarize about you for the forum to see and for the viewers to understand (If any company wants to hire this guy, please give us a call and I will make sure I update everything about him and help you to decide whether to choose this guy or not)

1. Mr. Forward_Thinker is a well-built gentleman (The only positive)
2. I hope this gentleman doesn't understand English, otherwise he could have read the offer letter and documents before signing where it is
clearly mentioned about notice period and other formalities. And Probeseven doesn’t stick to this documents too much for employees in emergency and it is always liberal. So let me come to this point later.
3. This gentleman is much matured inside office like having filthy Tamil songs as ringtone in his mobile with high volume, filthy Gtalk profile pics, arrogant behavior within office, and hearing to filthy Tamil songs from his mobile without headphones on... Well the list will go on.
4. I hope he has some problem in communicating to office if he needs leave. So what he does is, he takes leave continuously for days together and suddenly appears in office with a reason. Since he is a very good gentleman, he expects the mgmt to ignore this attitude.
5. People who have been loyal and passionate to work have never left P7 unless and otherwise it is out of some unavoidable personal situation. So when you say that this gentleman had so much passion to gain knowledge makes one laugh heart out. Indeed I am laughing now :)
6. I hope he doesn't know how people work in IT MNC's. If a work has to be completed, it has to be completed and if not people work extra hours to complete the work. I have friends in IT corporate offices working day night on projects with so much pressure and still enjoy the work. This gentleman will not suit for any job as an employee. So better offer him some Managerial or Director position... lol.
7. Reason for leaving: Eye pain is one of a reason. (Too much of alcohol is injurious to health - Kindly reduce it).

Well the list will go on. Mr. Forward_Thinker I am going to start a page dedicated to you so that companies will think before hiring you. Shall I proceed? Or shall I send your resume with comments to all HR's in contact with me? Choice is yours?

When you leave a company, leave on good terms so that people will remember your work. May be you will have a good chance to come back to the same company or someone in the company can refer you to any good job openings and you will have good circle of friends. Hope this msg will strike something in your idle brain.

Happy to get a reply! Its a great disappointment about that 'P71079' and your talking regarding an individual. But i'm saying you are doing things like this for everyone. Not only for me or so and so but its already a complaint registered on your company on the year 2012 and till now your continuing the same.

What is your LLPIN/CIN/1A Ref No, I tried searching your company LLP in this website (http://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/QueryNameAction.do) and I couldn't find any results. Whether your company is registered?.And give me a valid reason for holding their certificates and getting bond, is it legal ? Under which act your getting bond.

1.Are you running a fitness center? Commenting on a physic of a person.I think in IT company they look out for brains not physic, am I right?

2.Fine.How could you recruit a person who doesn't understand a basic english, Moreover its common that a person will not read each and every line of a huge documents. Ex.how many of them read Terms and Conditions before creating a google account.

3.In few companies they are allowed to play songs, If so you should have warned or stopped the person from playing songs. This shows that your company permits to play song according to individual perception, thats why that guy would have played...This doesn't sound as a valid issue.

4.If he is taking continous leaves you should have warned him by giving memo and if it continues the person should have received memo as well as termination, what action have you taken?

5.If your employees are satisfied with the company, why a complaint has been already raised on 2012

6.Do you know the meaning of an MNC(Multi National Company) company, is your company MNC in how many nation your company runs? In IT corporate company employees are provided with laptops and work from home facilities, what kind of facility have you provided for the employees?I too know the guy whom you are talking about, He has 1+ years of experience with good conduct . If he is not suitable for the job, how the hell company has recruited and paid him..I think your company is LAC (Local Area Company)...ROFL

7.If you don't like an employee will you raise any kind o[censored]nwanted complaints agianst an individual.Is this the professional ethic?This shows your cheap behaviour towards your mangement.
(Too much of negative thinking is not good for management – Kindly Remember it)...

Mrs.Sams I know whom you are too!!! but your wrong again, ok leave that. If this the attitude of a guy who behaves wild, how the hell you recruit such kind of persons? The main problem is the management which makes wrong discussion and you make the employees to suffer. If you find a guy with such personality you wouln't have recruited him or you should have terminated him.
