I bought jabra elite 25e and had some issues with the product sound quality as it was cracking and mic issues also, so i raised the issue with their customer service and got a mail from their partner proconnect india that product is not in stock and it will take 10 days to be in stock and then they will arrange for the replacement but it's been a month since the issue was escalated and no response came from them such poor service from such big company they charge so much for the product but when it comes to service they fail badly, pathetic service they don't even bother for the customer issues.
