[Resolved]  Okaya Tubular Battery — Battery get discharge within 30 second

I had purchase the Sukam Inverter with Okaya Tubular Battery of 5000T model on 10.07.2011, at the time of purchase neither the distributor nor the executive of Okaya battery told me that they will not provide after sale service to me at Mohone,Tal: kalyan, Dist Thane moreover the executive come to my home & installed / fitting the battery. In the month of January the battery starts trouble some and get discharge immediately, I lodge the complaint at the distributor 'Mahalaxmi Electronics' at Kalyan, to the response the Sukam inverter executive immediately comes to my residence and check their instrument & told that there is fault in battery, I make a complaint to Okaya battery through the distributor as well as through the toll free no[protected] having complaint no 63532 the service executive Mr.Vivek cell no.[protected] ask me to drop the battery at the distributor then only it will get check up, accordingly i left the battery at the distributor 'Mahalaxmi Electronics' at Kalyan, after 3 week the distributor told me that the battery get O.K. then I took it back but the problem not solved, again i lodge a complaint through the toll free no[protected] having complaint no 69398 on 05.03.2013 & this time the service executive Mr.Vivek cell no.[protected] not attending the complaint but even not answering the call also.

hope that you will solve my problem & save the customer from cheating
