I (SUNIL RATHORE - [protected], C2/36,New Ashok Nagar Delhi) purchased one Call Max Electric Power Saver from "Times Teleshop Pvt Ltd,K-7,Udyog Nagar,New Delhi-11041,Ph[protected],TIN No-[protected] with Bill Detail Book No 223 and Serial No 22269 as on 02 Sep, 2012.As per their written agreement, if the consumer is not satisfied with products he/she can return the products with some deductions.As I am not satisfied with products as it did not give me the expected result What I was looking and decided to return the product. After several reminder and phone call, the company is not taking back their products. Every time, they replied as they are sending their executive to collect the items and refund the money but failed. Most of the time Companies customer care No[protected] switched off hence another contact number[protected] taken from just dial of HR of company and on the same no also I have repeatedly reminded and called them to take back their products but they did not provide any consolidated reply and seems that not willing to take back their product. Their money back policy is also valid for 60 days in some products if not satisfied. Request you to please take some legal actions against this company.
