[Resolved] Professionals Career — scam in the name of job assurance | |||
I received a call from number [protected] (Samiksha jaiswal / prerna) asked me are you looking for any job change? I said yes, & they proceeded explained about the job locations etc & they asked to go through their website: www.professionalscareer.com & they told to transfer money through their website about 7200/- for registration & again 6500/- for job searching assistance, i refused, but they forced me like need not to worry we will place & offer you a job in well know company in your location, & believing the same i paid. After few days later they called saying today we will arrange telephonic interview, but you need to pay 10500/- as a verification amount & that will be paid back at the time of your first salary. I believed & went forward to pay the amount & they arranged telephonic interview with one company, but i am not sure it is genuine. Afterwards no calls from them, i started calling them on the same number & further they told to deposit 10500/- as security amount, but i refused did not move further. All above three payment i made through their website & credited in the name of absr info edge private limited. Was this information helpful? | |||
Aug 5, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved First of all I will say thanks to Consumer Complaints Portal for providing such platforn for the resolving the issues.
Since from May-2020 I started interacting with this consultancy for job seeking, till now they are unable to provide interview /job in assured place & company. due to this the issue has become serious & after many more communications & discussions the consultancy has agreed to return my money back by holding 18% GST amount & they have deposited money back to my bank account on 04/08/2020, that how they have resolved by issue.

Right brother, When i sent a message, they have replied after 2 days saying that my application is sent to the recruiter and waiting for the confirmation... Before paying they said that I will get a confirmation call and a video interview..but still no response
Myself also have similar kind of experience from Professionalscareer.com. Regarding the same, i got call from Ms. Samiksha Jaiswal/Mr. Gaurav many times. And initially, they took INR. 5850/- as registration fees and they conducted one call with Mr. Prakash Jain HR Manager and she claimed that he is from Jacobs Engineering Company LTD. Later they confirmed that i was selected and for verification purpose, myself need to pay INR. 25550/- immediately. Initally i denied, but they convinced me that 100% Job ready and need to join very next week immediately after technical meeting. In addition to that they claimed that they will return this much amount immediately after joining the firm. Regarding the same, they sent email to me tat this is the final payment and they collected all my documents through email for verification also. Before the agreed technical meeting day, they called and asked for another INR. 25000/- and i refused to pay the same and asking for the refund. I sent email to them, but no fruitful reply. Whenever I am calling, they are telling excuses for skipping the subject.

Thank you so much friends for posting this on the website. I was also called many times from past two days for paying registration fees and starting the interview process. The reason given is that they are going to hire a relationship manager exclusive for me. I didn't believe on their false promise and not paid. Thought to check if they are genuine or not. Internet is a great leveller. Thanks for saving me the pain of going through the process of refund and torture.

I[censored] have more experience, then they will cheat for more money... I am writing this just because today i got confirmation that all these people have a network and skills to cheat... One more thing, i had more than 25 calls like this from different companies who asked me the same... I am tracing the whole subject and giving these details to the NDTV and Times Now channels, first to trace these cheaters and inform the Govt before they register as a job guidance companies... We are cheated by our own Indians, but not from outside the country... They get this data from Naukari.com where we register, and these websites sell our data to others by charging them for accessing the data... Finally we are diched...
Thats the whole drama from these companies... Dont worry, I will catch them with my national level reputation and network
