[Resolved] Projekt Perfumery India — Amount debited from account but order not placed; customer care number not operational

I had placed an order for Yves Saint Laurent La Nuit De L'Homme For Men Tester Withcap Eau De Toilette 100Ml through the Perfumery website. The amount (INR 5398) got debited from my account but the order was not placed. I've been trying to connect with the customer care team but in vain. The numbers either do not connect or are switched off. Interestingly, the payment went to unboxed.in as per the payment success confirmation page.
