Projekt Perfumery India — Amount not refunded

Order was placed around a month back vide Order ID PPI-SX[protected]XX.

There have been no update regarding the delivery . Upon constantly following up with them they replied after a month that the product is not in stock.

I request them to cancel it & refund the amount of 2200 rs. Since then they are neither refunding the amount nor replying to any emails and msgs.

Help me get my amount refunded asap.
Seems like a fake website & fraud people involved in it.
