My order placed 5th sept 2021 has not been sent out yet to me and im based in mumbai . Despite several emails and 1 apology for the delay from hour end with a promise to ship it asap in november, till now its not beem received and its 2nd week of december. My order number is #PPI-SX[protected]XX
Gres cabotine cristalsme. Please send it or else refund my cash . Thanks
