Projekt Perfumery India — Intentionally not delivering orders

I orders two perfumes from this site on 15th march. They only delivered one of them i tried to mail them and contact the customer support they said the partial delivery will ship in a week or so. Its been almost 2 months now they haven’t shipped it yet. Last update was on 2nd may they created a new order for the item they were not able to deliver its been 8-10 days they haven’t shipped that one and they’re has been no reply from them they’re not responding on instagram not responding on whatsapp no replies of emails.
