Inspite of chasing by phone, emails, chats they are not responding for my

Order #897XX38943XX TABAC 100ML EDT X 2 NO.s have not been delivered till date,

Order #897XX36847XX has not been delivered even after 8weeks,

KINDLY INTERVENE SO THAT THEY EITHER DELIVER MY PURCHASED ITEMS OR REFUND MY MONEY

Received product on 21.01.2021 and delivered in broken bottle, total damage

The vendor had been reported by email on same day and 5 reminders sent by email and 4 reminders by watsapp, but surprisingly they have not even acknowledged or responded

I want shipper to send replacement immediately
