[Resolved]  Projekt Perfumery India — Ordered Perfume not shipped

I placed this order -#PPI-SX[protected]XX on 13 April. - I received a message from them that the order has been dispatched on 14 April and they gave me a smartr logistics tracking number (xse[protected]. - However, the package has not moved from the initial ‘booked’ status. I reached out to smartr logistics and they said the order has not been given to them to ship. - since then I have reached out to perfumery on their Facebook messenger, on their email address - [protected]@perfumery.co.in. They just don’t respond. Request you to please help me get a my delivery or a refund from them. I am now seeing lots of customer complaints on the internet and this looks like a fraud company. Please help.

Thanks … I received my order today. I had earlier received a response to my query on the company’s CSX link, confirming they had procured my order and would ship it in a few days.
Projekt Perfumery India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
