Hello,
I had placed an order #1-9957X-4269-XZP on perfumologist.in for Rupees 539.10 on April 17th 2021 through PhonePe UPI and on April 18th 2021 I received a confirmation email that the order is packed and I would receive shipping details in next 12 hours.
However, I received an email on April 20th 2021 that my amount of 539.10 is refunded and would reflect in my wallet.
I still did not receive a refund and the email was confusing because I had not cancelled the order or used any wallet so I am not sure which wallet they talk about in email. I checked the website for refunded amount to no avail.
I later reached out to their Customer Service for a status update on May 8th 2021 and a representative confirmed that I would receive the delivery of the product within 10 days but I did not hear back from them since then. I have been trying to contact them via all routes including emails, chats, cs forms & Instagram but they do not respond at all.
Hence, reaching out to you to file a complaint. Please help.
