I bought a gas stove of Crystal company from Big Bazaar. After 2 months, Gas stove burner was not working properly. I lodged a complaint to customer service because product is in warranty period and It was communicated while purchasing the product that you will get door to door service. It has been 8 days after lodging a complaint but no one has arrived to repair the product. Even, I didn't get a service feedback call from company.
