I have completed my loan in September 2023. Today when I checked my credit score, I have noticed a sudden drop of 173 points in Experian because of a late payment. I have lost 414 points in CRIF score. I had near perfect score before this. In the credit score, it shows that my loan with them is still active and that one month's emi amount was overdue in Feb. I have not made any payments in several months as there is nothing more to pay as the loan amount has been completely paid off. Even in their own dashboard, the pending amount for the loan is showing as 0 but the loan is in active state. It shows that there are no pending EMIs, remaining amount 0 and next due date invalid. As I have mentioned, I maintained a near perfect credit score and I have been maintaining it like that and it's now a disaster because of Propelld's mistake. Was this information helpful? |
