Hi I would like to bring to your notice that I took a course from Intellipaat and asked him if I can pay in installment they said yes and asked my credentials without informing me that they are applying for educational loan. I tried connecting with them before the course starts but there was no response. I wanted to discontinue as they debited money from my account which I have not even started. The Propelld loan department is so rude and I'll mannered. There is this Lady called Pooja who is harassing me so much they even called my Father who is 70 years old and they are torturing him he Panicked so much thinking that I have taken a Loan. How could they approach a Senior citizen for this. When I told Pooja that I will complaint again with very bad tone she said go complaint where ever you want to I don't care. It looks like they are the boss and the call is not getting recorded. I was forced to write this when they called my Father and this is just not acceptable. Was this information helpful? |
